Our normal business hours are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. We are also available for emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Note: Services rendered outside of normal business hours may be subject to higher rates.
On-Site Service Rate:
Unless otherwise specified, our current rate for on-site service is $55.00 per hour. Any part of the first hour is charged as a full hour. Additional time is charged in ¼ hour increments. Time is charged from when a technician arrives at the site until they leave.
In-Shop Service Rate:
Unless otherwise specified, our current rate for in-shop service is $55.00 per hour. Any part of the first hour is charged as a full hour. Additional time is charged in ¼ hour increments, and will be based on actual interaction time with your equipment.
Transportation Rate:
Transportation time is added at the above rate for travel outside of the Cape Ann area, beyond Route 1A . Transportation time will also be charged for the procurement of parts, and transportation of equipment should it be deemed necessary to take your equipment back to our shops for services that can not be successfully completed otherwise.
Help-Desk Service Rate:
24-hour Help Desk Service is available for pre-established clients at $25.00 per incidence. This cost will be waived if the issue is not resolved over the phone and on-site or in-shop service is required. Note: Services rendered outside of normal business hours may be subject to higher rates.
Note:
We do not charge for services that we consider as having an unsuccessful resolution, or being unsuccessful in making progress toward resolving your problem.
Payment:
Please note that we strive to reduce overhead and to keep our rates low. For this reason, we accept only cash or checks made out to the attending technician. Payment is due at the time of service.
