Our normal business hours are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. We are also available for emergency service and service hours better fitting to your schedule, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact Beauport Computer to discuss your computer problem and if necessary, we can make arraignments for a service-call, at your door, usually within 48 hours. Note: Services rendered outside of normal business hours may be subject to higher rates.
Service area:
We service the Cape Ann area out to Ipswich, Hamilton/Wenham and Beverly. For on-site services outside of this area, or travel for the procurement of parts, travel time is added.
Help-Desk Support:
Established clients are welcome to call and speak with a technician anytime for Help-Desk Support. Note: Services rendered outside of normal business hours may be subject to higher rates.
Service Warning:
Due to the nature of electro-mechanical systems, no matter how unlikely, just performing service to your equipment may result in irreparable physical damage and possible loss of data due to unforeseen issues. There is no warranty, implied or otherwise, for any loss arising from service. Beauport Computer strongly recommends that you back up your data prior to service.
IDs, Passwords and Security:
In the line of service, it will likely be necessary for us to access information and data on your equipment. For this, we will likely need any IDs, passwords and account numbers that you use to access and service your computer, network, email accounts, etc. Your privacy will be treated with respect and security. Unless specified, we will not record any of the above information to any media that will be removed from the site. Other then where bound by law, Beauport Computer will not share any information about you, your computer, your data or service without your explicit knowledge and/or permission, with anyone.
Release Agreement:
Please note that you will be asked to sign a release agreement before we can service any of your equipment. In signing this agreement you will acknowledge that you...:
...have the authority to allow service to the equipment in question. ...understand and accept the possible risks involved in service to the equipment. ...understand and agree to the information stated in the release agreement. ...understand that a signed copy of the release agreement document may be stored electronically and any facsimiles made there from shall be considered as original. ...give Beauport Computer's technicians permission to proceed with service.
